under where?

Today I went out and bought some new underwear. I don't go out shopping much, but it was a necessity. Home made crotchless underwear (as Ryan suggested) does not work with me. The thing is, underwear is expensive! I'm talking an average of $15-$20 a piece. I could get two polos for $20! Once again, they are a necessity. Anyways, back to the part where I don't like shopping; I don't like shopping for underwear more! Hey you cashier, why you looking at my underwears? I don't know, it's a complex I have. I got a sweet deal today though, I didn't care if the cashier saw my undies. There was 25% off at Sears and scratch and save! I got three pairs of underwear for 28 bucks. Now this ain't no Joanne (miss I get two dollar jackets) deal, but it was a good deal. Until my next underwear buying adventure.

work friends

An often overlooked byproduct of employment is obtaining work friends. My last shift is on Saturday night (come see me in the bar!), so I'm thinking about the loss of these work place friendships. As I sit here eating my Oreo ice cream, I can't help but smile when I think of the people I work with. Maybe that's the reason I keep going back to Whitemud. It's not like the old school crowd, but the new crowds are good in their own ways. I'll be sure to go back to visit over some Buzz wings and a pint of Red, but it won't be the same as seeing people week in and week out. I'm just hoping the crowd will be just as sweet, or sweeter, the next time I go back. I'll miss you all!

diner dash

Hey, if you don't feel like you serve enough, play some Diner Dash from Yahoo games. It's pretty interesting. You get more points for multi tasking, you upgrade your restaurant to have four tops from two tops, you get older guests who take longer and tip less. It's too funny. I used my mad restauranting skills to get pretty far. Check it out!

questions

Now that I have my future back on track, I feel like I can blog again. Here are a few things on my mind. The following blog may contain scenes of urination. View discretion is advised.

Do you know the feeling when you are holding in your pee? Have you ever held in your pee so vehemently that your pee-holding muscle cramped? I have. And many times. I'm often the last one still peeing after a movie, yet the first one to pee when I am out getting crunk. Why is that?

This one is a little more sciency. I'm fascinated by light (hence the photography) and I wonder what it would be like to shine a flashlight in a pitch black room that has no dust in the air. I don't think you would be able to see the light since it isn't reflecting off anything (like dust in a regular room). You would know the light is on, but you wouldn't be able to see it. Weird.

Enough with the questions. I went golfing for the first time this season and it was sweet. I shot a 98 and I'm happy with that. I only broke 100 a few times last year and starting with an under-100 effort is great. I played another nine holes with Lauren afterwards too. I didn't do as well there. I blame it on fatigue of my muscles and my brain. It was fun though. Golf is sweet.

2.6

I got all my marks back now. Looks like I got lucky. My GPA for the year is 2.6. I'm still alive and besides the F on the transcript, nothing else should come up. I'm taking this second chance and hopefully I won't be scared like that ever again.
