canned

I've been all about the canned goods recently. Mostly just the Heinz pastas (Pokemon, Simpsons, Zoo Animals, etc.), Chef Boyardee pastas (lasagna, ravioli, spaghetti, etc.), and soups. The Chef Boyardee cans are awesome because they have a tab so that you don't have to use a can opener to open them. Super good if you are bringing a can for lunch. The soups are pretty good as well. I've had some Campbell's Select soups that are pretty good, like Subway style soups. The Tomato Garden is excellent, but I had this Vegetable Beef one that wasn't as good. I think the ones with meat aren't as good in a can.

I also had this Puritan stew stuff a while back and thought it was gross. It just seemed like a bunch of MSG like stuff. No good for me.

have you seen those can openers where instead of cutting into the can like normal, it cuts under the top part and basically it like a lid coming off?

we have one, but i swear, it took like 3 of us to figure out how to use it the first time.

I'm a big fan of the old-school MSG-tasting Campbell's cream of mushroom. You can do anything with them...eat it as soup, reduce it into a sauce, use it for a casserole...mmmm.

I'm not a fan of cream anything, so I stay away from those.

Gotch had one and when I stayed over, I was using it vertically to cut it the old style. Then I figured out how to use it properly, haha. I though they just had a sucky can opener!
