Ever encounter a bad (or good) driver on the road? Remember the plate and put it on PlateWire. I only wish there was a system where I could type it in and send the message straight to the driver. That would be sweet.

http://platester.com let's you email the driver directly just enter plate.state@platester.com and it goes the the license plate's inbox, which could be set to forward to their cellphone
