how does it feel to have millions of people hate you?

Dani Pedrosa is the most hated man in MotoGP right now (at least from an American perspective). The last race in Portugal, he made a suicide pass attempt on teammate, and championship leader, Nicky Hayden. He crashed, and also took out Hayden. Valentino Rossi finished second in the race and moved into the championship lead, 8 points ahead of Hayden. There is one race left. Rossi is my favourite racer, but I feel so bad for Nicky. His teammate basically fucked him up. If I was Nicky, I would've beat that 120 lb chump up. Pedrosa didn't even go over to check if Hayden was okay, or help him try to push his bike back to get on the track.

what i mean is, the guy who is the overall leader in the standings, should be "protected" to make sure he finishes safely & in good time. so the fact that this teammate made a bonehead move, makes me think he might have been in kahootze with the other team who's guy moved up into first with 1 race left. its like Lance Armstrong wouldn't win all the tour de frances without his team working to make sure he finished in good time. its like in hockey, theres an open net and a guy has 2 goals..you give him the puck to get a hat trick. maybe i'm wrong but the guy who took out the "michael schumacher" on the team should be fired. if a guy on your team finishes overally 1st...i assume there would be a big bonus for the whole team for doing their jobs or know your role.

ohhhh, gotcha. ya, nicky hayden (who was the championship leader) said that honda didn't give any team orders or anything, so dani pedrosa was going all out (even without a mathematical chance to win the championship). team camel yamaha, with valentino rossi and colin edwards had a plan. edwards was given orders not to pass rossi and kind of "block" so that rossi could build up a lead. i dunno if pedrosa would've helped rossi though, nobody likes pedrosa, especially rossi. pedrosa challenged rossi for the lead one race and rossi just left him in the dust. it makes for a good final race though.
